Disabling fallback translation

After 2 months of ez publish studying I have successfully setup a multilanguage pilot site on 3.4.1, following the steps in ezp documentation and few posts on this forum. Still, one more important issue has to be solved regarding multilanguage support. As it's almost impossible to have all the content translated into second language and content fallback to primary language looks pretty silly in my case, I decided to drop out untranslated objects and need directions and suggestions how to do it. Could this be done trough fetchalias.ini.append.php or attribute_filter and how or is there a better way?

I managed to do some primitive filtering of objects during display loops
by comparing $node.object.default_language and $child.object.data_map.name.language_code but I'm quite unsatisfied with solution (and google navigator doesn't work well too :-)).

Any suggestion appreciated. Thanks!
