Cannot access images, accented words truncated

I have many errors:

I cannot access images used at the tamplate (they all have permissions 755)

The information of the database is utf8 but accented words are truncated, the debug is present but you must View-code at the broser to see it (dont know why?), the only warning I get many times is:

domxml_open_mem() [<a href='function.domxml-open-mem'>function.domxml-open-mem</a>]: Premature end of data in tag paragraph line 5
in /home/hotelsar/public_html/uplgroup.com/lib/ezxml/classes/ezxml.php on line 92

I just do not know where to begin solving so many errors...

Please help!

I could start by solving the accented words that are truncated? Any Ideas?
