The creation of anchors is a little "nasty".

Howto: The user have to create a new page, insert content, insert an anchor, and for example on the top of the page make an anchor-index. This anchor-index is made like this:
/content/view/full/2342#anchor1 and so on.

But, when the user has created the page, and are inserting anchor-indexes, the user don't know the ID of the page, and has to publish it, before he/her can insert the anchor-indexes.

The ID of the page should therefore be printed for example in the right menu somewhere by the version-info etc.

the idea isn'y known by then afaik...
the user should only need to add the #anchor_index (the url would be calculated at runtime.

According to http://ez.no/community/bug_reports/issue_with_links_to_anchors_within_a_page you should now be able to just put #acnchorname in the link field to create a link to an anchor within a page.
