All Content suddenly disappear!!

All content i input disappeared this morning,but when i checked up the database,all was there.Only the main folders existed.However,it appeared this afternoon unbelievablely accompanied with one problem.That is one of the main folders cant be edited.All the attributes disappear when i press the editbuttom. How can i to avoid the same problem?And how can the folder becomes normal? Thanks for replys!!
