Users Can Publish Products

Hi Everyone .
I'd like to know if there's any CMS out there that can do the following:
--basically I'd like my reghistered users to be able to publish their products on my site .
-- Then other users can view their products and conduct a user-user business transaction (not online) .
--Products can be addded ,modified and deleted by users that create them .
--Users can contact the the owners of particular products for more info .

Thatz basically the functionality of i need.

anyone with any suggestions?
can i do that with Exponential ?

its no problem to give registered user rights to add products. The user become the "owner" of the product. When shopping transaction is done eZ sends order-eMail to the customer and admin.

What I want is eZ sending orderemail resp. notification <u>to the owner</u> of the product. Variable persons thus and many different emailaddress.

How can this be done. I think for that I have to do modification of some php-files?

Am I right?
