Upload image, problem with training with TSCM

Hello.
Im starting with TSCM site, "Adding the contents of the welcome page".

I have selected "Article" fron de list menu at the top of the window, and puech de "New" button (There is not a "create here" button).

A new window opens, and ask me to choose the initial placement. "Exponential" folder apears only in a list.

I select this.

I can fill the fields with copy and paste text: Title, Intro and Body. (A new field appears, called Short description).

But I can't upload the thumbnail image chess_kings.png by clicking the "Upload new" button, because this button doesn't exist. The field image says "No relation".

I can't follow this training becaise is not the same that I read in the manual with I can read in the admin interface.

Excuse my bad english.
