Lite Forums overview page

Can you product a 'lite' version of the page http://ez.no/developer/forums without all the words at the top of the page. This would enable people following the forums to see the forums and not have to scroll down everytime.

Also, as a nice to have it would be good if you could setup an option for a META refresh so it could be kept updated.

These feature will be really handy until Notification come out and we can stop eating your bandwidth looking for anwers and just wait for the SMTP variaty.
