currently, i found, is posible to make only copy of object, and copy do not have any children...
{set-block scope=root variable=cache_ttl}0{/set-block}

It is currently not possible to do this. However, it is quite simple to write a script that does this work for you. We need this ourselves for the new documentation pages, so don´t be surprised it if shows up in eZ publish 3.6
