ez.no Suggestion: Provide Formatting Information on Forum Post and Reply Screens

It would be really helpful to see a list of available tags for use in forum posts included on the pages where we post a new topic or reply to a current topic. I think a lot more people would use the code tags as well as the other formatting options, but they do not know of them. So, a simple change to this template to provide this information would prove beneficial.
