Could you add to you search engine on ez.no the ability to search the forum by the name of the person who posted a topic? For example, if I want nto find all the topics posted by John Doe.

I also have often desired this functionality from the eZ systems forums.
I think it would go a long way to finding answers from the leaders posting quality responses and solutions in the forums.

This problem is not about missing features of the search engine. It is all about forum message class attributes. You may simply use advanced-search to filter messages of particular authors, once your forum-message class contains a <b>_SEARCHABLE_ </b> text-attribute containing the authors name.
