Hi,
When we create the <i>node_list</i> tool there is a field <i>Sort on attribute</i> we have to fill inBy default the value is <i>published</i>
Where can I find the other possible values ?

You can use any of the sort values from the content list and content tree template fetch functions:http://ez.no/doc/ez_publish/technical_manual/3_6/reference/modules/content/fetch_functions/list

I was wondering... is it possible to sort by "inversed-priority" in this menu ? How can I do that ?

You have to add true() or false() options.Have a look to the examples on this page:
