Hi,
I'm setting up a site that can have three different user classes. I've created three user-types under the "User class" (with id's 8,20 & 21). I can add/edit/remove users in the admin-interface, but the users should be able to register themselves from the site. In other words, the register-page should support more than one user-type. I think this isn't supported in the register-page, so I created three templates, with their own register.tpl.
My problem is that I cannot fetch the user-type, and display it. I've been meddling with the kernel-files, but I don't know if this is the right way to do it. Do you have any suggestions ? Is this the right way to do it, or am I barking up the wrong tree ?
Any feedback is appreciated :)

How did you do?

I've created an empty mydesign-directory under design. The reason I didn't get this to work was that I didn't copy the ezroot/design/standard/templates/user directory over to mydesign-directory. When I did that part, it worked :)
Then I just followed the user-registration guide that lies around here somewhere. Just search for "user register"

Can you explain more in detail how you accomplished this?
