Urgent help on Double Top Menu

im using the Double Top Menu in my ezpublish site...

well i wants to know this if i mouse over the menus should list submenus..
here when i click only the sub menus comming...

can anyone pls tell
where the javascript file stored? and how can i change it for mouse over action??
