Unicode in translation.ts

Hi,

I had some difficulties with the german "translation.ts"-file:
as sonn as i added some special german chars like ß, ü, Ü, ä, Ä, ö, Ö the translation did not work any more. using html encoding (ß for "ß") did not work either.

As the file seems to be unicode-encoded i used the follwoing (which finally worked)

ß -> þ
ü -> ü
Ü -> ý
ä -> ä
Ä -> Ä
ö -> ö
Ö -> Ö

for example, the word "straße" will be "straþe" in the "translation.ts" file

sorry... seems same problem here... in the example above Exponential did parse my input. each code should have two chars - the only codes that work correctly are þ, ý, ö
