Hi,
I've decided to make my site around the demo site - seems a lot easier!!
But I have a question... I wanted to put some HTML code as some content but it wouldn't let me :( I used the 'Info Page' class and pasted my code into the body of that but when I looked at my site it wasn't like it was meant to be. When I looked at the Info Page in admin, eZpublish had stripped my code of a lot of stuff and even deleted most of it (like border instructions for tables had gone etc).

I've just found out how to make general HTML code, but I have two more questions...

* How can I make the table border a different colour (in the documentation it doesnt mention that)?

and

* How can I add a form in the HTML? All of the form components were stripped when I tried too.

Thanks,
David

Take a look at the bottom of this page...

http://www.ez.no/manual/user/everyday

There you'll find out which tags are supporterd by the XML-field.

Hi,
I looked at those but it doesn't say that you can put a form in - is it possible? I know you can make forms with eZpublish but I want to include a poll script in a wierd place on my page (in the middle of the content) so I was wondering if I can use my own forms rather than make them through eZpublish?

Thanks,
Dave

The easiest way is to directly make a template with the form code and use the override functionality to include it in the desired spots.

ahhh I see. You mean kind of like the demo does - with the top navigation bar?

What code would I put when I'm writing the content? (ie how would I call the file with my form code?)

Thanks!
