Transaction Error when editing node 2

I setup my installation to override the pagelayout template for node2 to give a seperate layout for my indexPage.

This is a two part question.
First, the anonymous user is denied access to the node. How can I assign that node to a section to give visitors access.

If I try to edit node 2 I get this error. Anyway to fix this.
