Dear allI have a case that the design of the welcoming page is different than the rest of the site,
the welcomnig page here is the same as frotnpage. the problem i face that all the templates are built to be called from the pagelayout, so that means that the lay out of all pages is the same what do u think ?is there a way to go out of this problem?

John, you can override the <i>pagelayout.tpl</i> for the main page by choosing to override that node only (Defaults to node ID 2). Check out the answer to a very similar question in the following thread. If you don't understand somehting post a reply and we can try to help you through it. :)
