Strange error after svn update

Hi ppl!

I have problem with eZP after SVN update from stable 3.4.2.
I get this error :

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in d:\ezpublish\ezpublish\lib\ezxml\classes\ezxml.php on line 285

Everything worked just fine before.(Have dl svn version to local dir and then copy over working one)
I run eZP on windows XP.
Is this problem only on my pc or general?
