Standard postal fee to any order

Hi all!

In a webshop, there should be added a postal fee of e.g. 20$ to any order beeing made.

The customer chooses the product he/she wants to buy, and then the postal fee should (always) be added.

Any ideas anyone, how I could achieve this?
