Roll back - or global edit - help!

any suggestions gratefully received:

Site contains 300+ links, for some reason some of them (113) have reverted back to an older version containing full url (viewable in source) rather than a relative link which they should be.
Currently the site is edited and tested in dynamic mode then turned into a static version for live use. Obviously now with these specific links showing I cant refresh the live site as it will then continue to display these broken links...

Is there a way I can do a search and replace on the links within EZPub - basic and advanced searches arent picking any of them up at all.

What about editing the links directly in the PostGres dbase?

Any advice would be great - TIA
