I've read through all the forums concerning the node_list displaying in a toolbar. From what I read, it had been fixed by 3.5, but I'm having a heck of time. I've tried all the solutions offered for previous versions. I've made sure permissions where correct, but no matter what I've tried, It will only display the toolbar on the page with the heading that I add, but the toolbar will be empty.
Is anybody else experiencing this? I've got several implementations of 3.5, and this is the first time I've ran into this.
And YES, I've cleared the caches over and over, both through the admin interface, and manually : 0
It appears this problem was also addressed in the following bug report:

</i> but doesn't appear that it was resolved.
