Remove node_id 2 in the admin interface?

I have changed the IndexPage property in the admin siteaccess file so to my home page (node_id 87) so that it is the first page displayed in the admin interface. I have then organised all my content underneath this node. How do I remove/move the old node_id 2. Basically how do I make node_id 87 the top of the tree?

Thanks, it still seems that node 2 is the parent of node_87. There are still no options to move it's location. How can I change this?
