Permissions to version history

I look at the admin interface template and based on this I made my own template to allow view content version history to anonymous users. But I have problem with permissions. I added to the anonymous user rights to versionread function in content module, but this is not enough :(

So my question is: what permissions I must set to permit not logged user viewing version history ?
