Due to the random occurrence of this bug, I can't give you more details on the issue because I just don't know what to tell you.It simply happens now and then, without any reason (so it seems to me).
Hopefully someone has a clue or maybe even a fix because this is getting annoying.

We have the same problem with 3.5.1 version last revision. It happens only with ie (we have ie 6). With firefox/netscape it doesn't happen. I succeeded to catch this bug when coping text from internet and pasting on xml datatype with online editor enabled. We have last version of Online editor. Before we had no problem with this issue. With firefox/netscape we have another problem - when pasting hebrew text it deletes the text when publishing, and also we can't do right to left paragraph when clicking on the right ctrl+shift (on ie6 its working).
