node_list.tpl issues - cant change default node setting

Hi there,

I suspect my issue is to do with http://ez.no/community/bug_reports/errors_when_having_more_than_one_node_list - except in my case, I am trying to change the nodeid from the default nodeid setting (of 69) to another folder I've created which has news articles in it.

If I try to change to another folder nodeid (and ideally want to set it to nodeid 2 to just get all news articles frrom the site), or if I config the node_list news box via the ini file atoolbar.ini.append.php it breaks the code!?

Is this a bug, and if so is the only way to solve it an upgrade? I'm running 3.4.0 svn 6556... or is there a work around?
