New Admin_Site Design

HI!
I am trying to design Lcms_admin site but i have some problem regarding the content set_up in left menu. i wanna to set the content in left ment Ex.

Home
1.My Account
2.Learning & content Delivery
3.Assesment
4.GradeBook
5.Calendar
6.System Preferences
i wanna "Home" content insted of the eZ publish. but bydefault its shows the content of plain_admin. please suggest me regarding this problem
