Multilingual site

I follow this page http://ez.no/products/ez_publish_cms/documentation/configuration/configuration/language_and_charset/how_to_setup_a_multilingual_site
in order to setup the translation of a site build with eZPublish 3.7.0rc2 but I have some problem to access to the translation.
As indicated in the tutorial, I setup a new site access for the translation but when I try to see the homepage of this site access, I have the following message :
"The object you requested is not currently available.
Possible reasons for this are:
* The id or name of the object was misspelled, try changing it.
* The object is no longer available on the site."

One weird thing is that I can see the translation with http://foo/index.php/camargue/content/view/full/2/language/eng-GB or with http://foo/index.php/en/content/view/full/2/language/eng-GB
("camargue" is the name of my original site access and "en" is the site access for the english translation) but not directly with http://foo/index.php/en/ or with http://foo/index.php/camargue/content/view/full/2/

it seems that there is problem with the configuration of the "en" site access, but I don't understand. An idea ?
