multi-language shopping chart... bug?

switching languages with siteaccess works great, but the buttons of the shopping chart (index.php/de/shop/basket/) stay in english (the default language). the shopping chart itself is all in the right language. has anybody the same problem? or a soltuion for me??

Works here...

in settings/override/site.ini.append.php, I have:
[RegionalSettings]
# The primary language for your site
Locale=ger-DE
TextTranslation=enabled

After clearing the cache, everything looks good
