I'd like to be able use templates (such as the user/registrationfeedback.tpl override) to define the layout and possibly use a CSS file for the design. I'm using v3.5rc1. Any suggestions? Hi,

Look into site.ini file. There you can find all settings for e-mails.

In site.ini.append.php

[MailSettings]
ContentType=text/html
