I have installed the <b>eZ Publish 4.0</b> with the package <b>Website Interface 1.3</b>.
I don't know how to override the <b>image.ini.append.php</b> located in <i>/settings/override</i>. Could somebody please tell me?

It IS an override, you basically edit it.
