How to allow user to change content from the user interface?

Hi,

I'm using the ezPublish as an intranet site.
Right now I upload all the content from the admin site but I would like to allow users to perform actions without logging into the admin_site. for example: I created a folder named "Personal area" and under it there are personal folders for each one of the users.Now I want that each user will be able to create,edit or delete any content in his personal area but the point is to do it through the users interface and not through the admin interface.
By the way - I created a new class called "myFolder" which was copied from the original class "Folder" and for some reason I can create content in this class straight from the users interface but the problem is that I don't see this class instance in the right navigation tree.
