Hi all,
I have a problem and I don't know waht I have to do!

I want to put in my site 2 different forms so the user can use them to send question about the products.

I would like that the these 2 forms have 2 different receivers.
I would like that the forms' fields can be modified using the administration.
And I would like that the value of the forms' fields can be saved in my database.

What can I do?
I'm using EZPublish 3.4.0.

Please, help me!

Thanks Lukasz,
I used it and it works, but it doesn't store the fields' value that the user fill.

It send the e-mail but in the database there's nothing.
