A folder is now at the top level of my site. When I try to add a new frontpage it will end up inside this folder.
What I want is a frontpage on the top level. Not a folder How do I add such one?

Click on the folder icon to display the context-sensitive menu and from there go to Advanced and "swap with another node" and then select the node from which you want to swap.
