Hi,

I'm working on a site develped with eZ Publish 3.9.

Problem is that I uploaded a translation to spanish, everything seemed to be right, but then I needed to change some words and include new ones, so I changed the spanish .ts file and uploaded it. No changes would show.

After some new tries, I even deleted the .ts file, the result: the translations to spanish still showed!!!!! How can this be possible????

I'm sure, I even deleted the entire "translation/esl-ES" directory!!! Then upload it again and still the old translations show.....

Any Idea???

Thanks!

Hi Ted,

You have to clear template and view cache as well. Locale code is a part of hash used by template compiler. It is also good idea to clear translation cache as well.

Hi Łukasz,

Thanks for answering, I usually delete all caches, so I guess it is not a problem of cache.

I'm beginning to believe that its is a server issue or permission issue, when I upload files they don't replace the existing ones, so when recreating the translation cache the result is always the same...

I'm not sure, but that kind of problems seems magic to me..

Thanks again for the answer.
