hi everybody !

just a simple question. how can a user create "easily" an internal link (to a page inside the website) ? Apparently there is no simple way of choosing in a tree the object to link to so I assume that you need to find the correct ID ?
Am I (unfortunately ) right ?

Thanks.

Francis.

Hi,

Use the object relation while editing your article (or folder...)

Well, I've tried that. I've added a related object (another article) that appears on the side of the edit screen of the article. But when I want to create a link to that object in the content of the "source article" (I don't want to include it!) I don't understand how I can do that.
Clicking on the link button (after selecting a portion of text) of the Online Editor I am just given the usual http:// URLbox...

Thanks very much for your help.

By the way, your name sounds quite french to me !

well,

If I understand, now you have your "object in relation" wich is an article.
In the O.E. don't clic on the "insert link" button, but on the "insert object" button.
In the pop up window, you'll have your article as an object in relation. Just select it and it'll appear as an icon.
On the public site, it'll be the title of the article as a link to it.

Hope my answer will help.
