Crazy with template override & extension.

Hi to all :) i am new of Exponential and first thing i want say this cms is the best one but i have found some problem :P ..
I have alredy try to find a solution in google and in this forum but without a good solution.
I Will explain my problem : the question is simple :P : how create an override template? .
i have hunderstand how override work and i ahve do it many time but with plain site i have no problem.
Now i have intalled a new Exponential 4.0.1 with ezflow. i have create all my structure

-HOME (folder)
|-Folder 1 
|-Folder 2
|-Guestbook (folder) (Section Guestbook)

So i want create an override for the guestbook folder .. i have try to using the admin itnerface for do with paramater:

Extension : No extension 
Name : full_view_guestbook_folder
Class : Folder
Section : Guestbook
Node Id : BLANK
Blank File

but i ever see the default template for all folder.
i ahve clear cache too but nothing.

So i have try to repeat that operation changin the Extension parameter but nothing.
i have try leaving Section paramete blank .. but nothign..

I know, i can create another class to exchange with the folder of guestbook but i want to learn how Exponential work :)

Some one can help me Please to hunderstan where i made the mistake?
