How could I replace object in top node with another object? Or maybe there is a way to change class of any object?

You could change the index page instead. This is the page that will be displayed when user look at:
http://yoursite.com/
You change it by putting in your site.ini.append.php something like this:
IndexPage=/content/view/full/2
where you replace 2 with the node_id of the node you want to display. You should change this in your site's override, not in global site.ini.

I think you can create new node with class you want anywhere in tree and then use Advanced -> Swap with another node function in admin to replace top node with it.

Zurgutt - That "Advanced->Swap" is exacly what I'm looking for.But i still dont know where exacly is this located in admin interface. How can I run this function?

Just left click on the main node icon (folder icon) and it will display a contextual menu, there youl find the swap with another node option...
