Can't get paragraph in XMLTextField

Hello,
How do one get a paragraph in an XMLTextField? When I write an article and I want spacing between 2 paragraphs I would assume pressing enter 1 or 2 times, but this has no effect? What could be wrong here?
Give a little hint if you know, thank you.

Hi Thomas,
I have looked at the files you suggested, but they are untouched. The lines of template code below is an example on a field that will not be parsed right. The description fields is the sinners, is this how you would write it to get the paragraphs?
