Bloggers user group - roles, policies, workflows

Website Interface (ezwebin) comes with demo content which includes blogs.

I can't find any blogging intelligence though, as blogs aren't private (regular editors can edit other users' blogs), there's no "bloggers" group with dedicated roles and policies, there are no workflows implemented (i.e. for comment moderation).

Where can I find documentation or hints (like "code a blog in five minutes" ;-) to build real-world multi-blogging functionality on top of the "fakes" that are shown off in ezwebin?
