DearsWhat is the best way to override this tpl:
design/base/override/templates/collectedinfo/poll_result.tpl
Should I do it through .ini file or should I duplicate the above directory structure in my siteaccess design?

OOzy,
Log in through the admin console and create an override there. eZ will handle the rest.
It is usually better to work within the admin console than to edit the files manually.
