another question for cache-block

hi,

i have defined the following cache-block in my pagelayout.tpl, but the cache-block will not be expired every 10 seconds. It has been cached for 2 hours.

{cache-block expiry=10 keys=array( $uri_string, $current_user.contentobject_id) }
{currentdate()}
{/cache-block}

How can i change it?
