Hi
I installed the default plain site and deleted all the sections to define new ones. But now, when I try to access a page the system asks me to login.
- I have placed all pages into sections. - I have added the "content" read permission to the anonymous role without restrictions.- The role Anonymous contains the Anonymous Group which contains the Anonymous User.
Still I can't see pages as anonymous user. I obviously don't understand the rights management. Can anyone tell me the necessary steps to make a site within a section browsable by all?

Hi,
I don't know much but one suggestion I have is, did you clear the cache after you made the changes?
This helped me with a similar problem.
May not be the right answer but it may help.
Pardon me while I burst into flames...

Christoph check the following:
1. under your siteaccess make sure "requirelogin" is set to false.2. under permissions make sure that you have a permission for: user>login>standard section (all sections that anonymous users should have

How can I get to user>login>standard section? I don't find login in the user tab.
Anyway I could solve the problem in giving the anonymous group all rights. This means that the read right for content is not enough. I now have to find which module needs to be activated with it to work properly.
Is there a way to have a look which modules get used in a page similar to the template debug views?
