Allowing a basic user to create a link in an article

Geoff Taylor	Wednesday 16 May 2007 10:13:22 am When testing my new user roles and policies I noticed that when Iogged in as one of my base level users(who will have the ability to create, edit and remove articles) I could not create a link of any sort in either the Summary or Body sections of the article. I tried to create a policy to allow the links but I was unsure what module, if any, was the correct one to use. Thanks.
