A template who dissapear !!!

Hello,

I have an template name
"form_dons.tpl"

I change it because I want to put in comment some text with <!-- -->
I make an copy of the this template form_dons.tpl for the security

When I put the new form_dons.tpl on my web-site, the page dissapear !

So, I put the old copy but nothing change !
It is very strange sure.

Without any results to obtain my page on my web-site, I find any solutions ???
Have you got please any ideas, thanks you
