I am going to change the servant of the ez for what I doing tests to support the original configuration, but it stamps the following mistakes.

The one who reads this can think that it is a question of permissions, but I have thrown modfix.sh and nonetheles it continues giving me problems.

It appears you are using an incompatible version of eZ for your version of PHP. Most likely that you are using a version of ez of 3.6.x or less with a PHP 4.4 installation.
eZ 3.6 branch requires PHP 4.3, and 3.7.x and higher use PHP 4.4.

Already it is consulted by the version of my php it is:
Apache Version Apache/1.3.34 Ben-SSL/1.55 (Ubuntu) PHP/4.4.2-1build1
Do you believe that ezPublish 3.6 it is incompatible with PHP.4.4?

Here you can get versions of eZ that are compatible with PHP 4.4. I would recommend the latest version of the 3.8 branch if you are installing new, and 3.7.9 if you want an easier upgrade for a 3.6 installation.
