Hi ..
Can I add extra fields to the Feed Back class, such phone number, job, enum, and possibly to attach file ?
And the user he can modify it if he wanna do that, and delete or replace the file !

i´ve been looking for a solution for this problem as we have to implenent an application form, where the user can upload his CV.pls note: i have not yet tested the suggestions above, but it took some time to find them, so maybe they are a good start for your further research!
