Why http://mysite.fr/admin/ launches the install wizard ?

Hi,

In the AWStats statistics of my site I can see many hits to URI that begin by /admin/xxxxx

So, I have tried this one:

http://www.mysite.fr/admin/

and I get the first page of the installation wizard. So I removed the default admin siteaccess and all the caches. But trying the URI above I get again the wizard.

If I try any other sitaccess name I get a Kernel error (20)

What the trouble with this admin siteaccess ? What must I do ?
