I need to remove the "/index.php", since I brought rewrite rule working now.

In the admin panel - Design > Look and Feel
You may also need to change settings>siteaccess>(designname)>site.ini.append file in your folders

I checked both location, but it's still weird: my settings are:
Design/Site URL = /
and in
my/site.ini.append/SiteURL=www.mydomain.de/
but when I click on link on my website it links to "http://www.mydomain.de/index.php/forum" for instance
or do I just need to remove the "/" ?

yeah, just tried it with removing the "/" and it perfectly works - thanks again!
