when clicking 'Next>>' on sitemap, get 'Error/kernel (3): Object unavailable'

When I click 'Next>>' or one of the page numbers on the sitemap screen, I get a 'Error/kernel (3): Object unavailable' message.

I am running ezpublish-3.0-2.

Turning on debugging, I get the message:
Undefined index: object in /var/www/html/ezpublish/kernel/content/view.php on line 120
