Urgent: Moving to a new hosting provider

I need move my current hosting to a new hosting. I downloaded (by FTP) all files of my current hosting and then I uploaded to new hosting, but it not work.

My eZ publish version is 3.2.3

How can I move the files to new provider?

Please, help me, my current hosting expires march, 07
